I have not yet come across this issue but I do have a sister who seems to have a hard time finding pants that fit my skinny nephew. It seems this solution might do the trick. Found this great item on one of my favorite blogs Eco.Logical.Mom and had to re-post. What a great idea for those parents who has kids that have skinny waists. Some have said it is been a life saver.
